No longer getting a "off subject" banner

When I click on my "recent posts" I used to get 2 banners, 1 for conspiracy threads, and 1 for "off subject" threads. Well, I no longer get the banner for "off subject" threads, does anyone know how to correct this?

If you are using an Ad Blocker it can inadvertently be added to the block list. I see mine just fine so I don't think it's an issue with the site. Or, do you have a link in the top left that says "show hidden threads"? Other than that I can't see what could be causing this. I tried to duplicate removing it and the Ad Blocker was the only way I could do so but I still saw a little sliver of the tab however it removed the image or more the visible and clickable portion.
