I reported this video for SCAMS/FRAUD and then tried to post a comment but I was somehow already blocked from posting. I thought that was odd. Then I read a bunch of posts on here saying they weren't allowed to post either, yet new comments were showing up on the YouTube page. So I started looking at the users that were commenting.
