Funny, because "forgiven" implies a sin. Explain why homosexuality is supposed a sin, please?
Or masturbation..or "not so proper" sex....or sex in general....or nudity...etc..etc..

First, I do know evolution is a theory, here is the new for me. The Church supports
micro-evolution not macro-evolution.
_____________
There are two principle views in debate on Evolution are Micro, the Catholic version, and Macral, the Darwinist position.
Is the Genesis account of creation literal? Were the days truly 24 hour periods, or can they represent a period? St. Peter writes, "But do not ignore this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day". God is not bound by time.
He is Lord of it! The point is, Micro Evolution can fit here and the Biblical account is not compromised. The significance of Adam is not lost. Why are Americans generally larger today than the average Chinese. It is because of diet, this is Micro Evolution.
The cross breeding of animals within their respective family or world is again Micro Evolution. Through cross breading, we have seen evolved faster horses, larger horses, shorter horses, even dancing horses. The same can be said for dogs, cats, cattle, sheep, and anything you can imagine. This is micro Evolution!
This differs greatly from Macro Evolution which is the teaching that life evolves from one life form to another such as; man grew from apes, and ultimately evolved from some lower life formed from the oceans.
To say that creation is an accident is like comparing someones tennis shoes believing they in time evolved to fit my feet. Macro evolution challenges many doctrines such as Original Sin. If Adam and Eve did not exit, then Marriage would have no divine relevance. The overall facts point to God as Creator.
seagull,
I like your underlined. I disagree about sharing the faith...
Are we not to shout it from the rooftops what we hold most dear?
a quote from the Holy Father ~
"Anyone who has discovered Christ must lead others to Him.
A great joy cannot be kept to oneself. It has to be passed on."

I wish I could reply to every post directed to me but there are so many, it's a lot to have to
write.
Anon,
Your post, I'll comment on a couple. You sound sincere to me.
Reading your reply, to me, it is kind of a mix, sometimes you acknowledge Christian facts and then deny others? Like objecting, protesting the Church and then saying, watch out OP, you are opening up yourself to the evil one posting these messages. I think you are Christian?
"All delusions and woefully inaccurate."
How can you believe this about the message in the OP? Darrell Bennett and others messengers, non-Catholic and Catholic have heard this prophecy from Heaven. How can John Leary's message be the very same as Darrell's prophetic? See the date, May 1, 2000.
It's a hard message but you either believe God is speaking, helping us, strengthening
belief in His Truth or He is silent. An all loving God is not silent, believe in prophecy.
We all have God's gift of free will. To grow, to change after discovering something new is everyone's desire. Fits with the meaning and importance of some to being intellectual. The same for being mistaken, misunderstanding something. It takes a smart person, yes? To say fine, I was wrong and change.
I shared the message on the forum because it reads as if the time is closer. I wish and pray for everyone to get prepared. I write over and over, Heaven keeps repeating the way is confession and daily prayer. And for Catholics make use of the grace of the Sacraments. I also have a personal reason for posting John Leary's message.
colbe
Hey colbe, was hoping you wouldn't miss that post as it got buried
Yes I cam saying it is delusional for a number of reasons. The fact that someone said it ten years ago is neither here nor there, Leary could have read it too and is merely regurgitating it now.
The fact that these" letters" come out now is also suspicious in my eyes, here is why...
forum.rickross.com...,62059,page=8
not only the timing but the content. None of it says anything that isn't already in the Bible and that soul (pun intended) source is good enough for me.
Now while I was here someone posted something that made me think I should actually look into Leary, regarding the black Pope in the Catholic church and this is something I also believe.
www.novusordowatch.org...
I had been looking for a website that has since disappeared (power of the Vatican no doubt) that went into detail about the events of that 1958 enclave that even included the threat of nuclear detonation in Rome if Cardinal Siri were to accept the election. Dark forces continue to work on the Catholic church and the pedophilia is just the most obvious example. The fact that no convictions happened and hush money and relocation occurred spells all the coverup I need to know.
Now having said all that understand that I do believe in prophecy and particularly as the time draws nearer but even the Bible states that many come in His name in these times. There are many like Leary and Bennet and to me we shall know them by their fruits. There was a woman who had a video of predictions up and subsequently closed her account becasue she was afraid of what she knew and was telling others.
Her name is Donna Lyons and she is a Church of God or First church of Christ or w/e but the point is I know for a fact she called the Indonesia quake the day before it happened. I have some of her predictions saved lemme see if I can find them...

anon, hello,
I can't find the "letters" you are referring to, could you explain. I get to page 7 and
that's it...
Sorry, you are doing it again, "here no there" to reply to the Bennett message when it
is the same as John Leary heard these many years later. God is outside of time and knows. I give up, you are interested if it shows the RCC to be "dark" and evil. It's true, there will be a false pope. I don't think it is Pope Benedict. Satan doesn't want to take down non-Christian beliefs or Protestantism.
The prophets are certainly persecuted, their cross. On "calling them", Irish mystic, Christina Gallagher gave testimony in front of others, standing before the World Trade Center exactly two years before 911. She said...these will be no more.
I am happy you believe some prophecy. Share the one prophecy when you find it.
yeah my apologies, the link got malformed somehow and only brought up the page of all other pages. The actual letters I was talking about are from a site called trumpet call of God and the letters to Timothy (down now so it had moved... I am going to check Leary's site and compare it from memory
forum.rickross.com...,62059,page=8
irony here is it is the 8th page... sorry I ddnt check that link
All I could find on her now were comments of others on several forums. She is a 7th day adventist but some of her Bible interpretations raised a few eyebrows to say the least. While she has had several predictions come true many are of the wait and see attitude because of her jumping around from scripture to scripture but what I noticed in all her "jumping around" was she knows her Bible well enough to find specific books. That kind of familiarity only comes from knowing your Bible.
She had closed her youtube account and part of that was because she spoke out about tptb and she like many others live in fear of being silenced. All I can remember atm was about food killing people, the Washington quake, and the destruction of NY out of a list that was probably 40 or 50 items.
At any rate, they talk the talk... here is a snip
Question: Are we currently in the “Last Week”, the time of great tribulation?
Answer: No. But the “Last Week” is very near.
Note: It is important to remember, that it is not I who stated the things you read in the
Letters from God and His Christ, but rather I wrote as I heard from the Lord, unless
otherwise stated at the top of the Letter.
So then, the Lord God has said, “In seven years (from 2004), I send My Son to pluck (rapture) from
the earth all those both dead and still living who belong to Me; the rest left to fall under My judgment
(the Last Week)”. And, again, in another Letter, the Lord said, “Hence (from this point forward), in six
years time shall the nations fall, for the beast (antichrist) is now among them.” The Lord is saying that
the nations will be in the process of falling from grace, during the next six years, beginning from 2004;
also the nations will be in a process of collapse (economically, from war, natural disasters, etc.) during
this same time, culminating in their fall to the antichrist.
According to the Lord’s timeline, 2004 is one week (seven years) before the beginning
of the“Last Week”, which is also a period of seven years. The Last Week begins around
[12011] and ends around [12018].
Therefore, we are in the times of tribulation or troubles, but not “the” tribulation of the “Last Week”,
spoken of in the Books of Daniel and Revelation.
As Christians, we will soon be entering into a heightened period of tribulation and persecution,
according to Revelation 2:10...”Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer. Behold, the devil
shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation [2ten days]. Be
thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life”. These “ten days” shall begin [3this year],
as the Lord has both shown and spoken to Me. And from this time of trouble, the true Christians will
escape around [12011]...”Watch ye, therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy

Now the thing is, it all sounded legit and righteous but was anything but. Sentences were left hanging and the next line several spaces below it looked like a new sentence but read together it was pure evil. Someone likes playing games and it seemed funny to me that nobody else caught on to it. Things were stated that I remember were about Jesus handling members and it was a sexual connotation yet in that passive aggressive way that slipped by many who didn't see the duality in meanings.
i am going to look at Leary to be fair but in all honesty, I have seen too many "letters" already to not be biased against them all...
Jesus said unto me: That will be $75 for your lawn care this week senior.

YOUR GOD IS DEAD.
Stop fueling your hate and bigotry with insane ramblings and excerpts from a 2000 year-old book.
There once were hundreds/thousands of creation stories and spiritual beliefs all over the world. The ONLY REASON that Christianity has spread is NOT because it's the truth but because it was 'lucky' enough to hitch a ride on the back of the most VORACIOUS, DESTRUCTIVE, AND CONQUEST-OBSESSED civilization ever to exist. Do you seriously think it's a COINCIDENCE that our modern civilization arose in the fertile crescent 10,000 years ago... and the 3 main world religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam) originated in the SAME AREA?? No, it's not coincidence, it's just numbers and endless bloody conquest.
Keep in mind... if he was a real person, Jesus was a revolutionary who, were he alive today, would probably JOIN occupywallstreet or something similar. Jesus's teachings were far from the bigoted crap you're tainting his message of resistance/peace/charity with.
Are you absolutely stark raving mad, Jesus went through torture, and suffering for you and me and the world. If Jesus were alive right now, following what we have been taught of Jesus Christ, he would not be standing with the protestors but be at the front-lines as he was depicted to be in the bible.
