there was an experiment done a few years back I remember reading. What they did was put 2 rats in a box. 1 male 1 female. They mated. Then they put 4 in a box... 2 of each and they paired off.. they kept doubling up and by the time they got past 32 they noticed gay couples starting to pair off as space in the box got tight.... the more they added, the greater the instance of gay couples. This experiment would suggest that homosexuality is a natural way of population control.

Think about that for a minute.

Well my aunt just had a new kid, and my friends sister just had a new kid, one of my cousins in prego, so i think there is going to be a next generation. Please make more sense in your posts

Anyone who has read my posts (both of ya...) knows I have little use for dogmatic religion. I believe there is a God, but that his word (whatever that is...) is unknowable by mere mortals (that would be all of us...in case you missed it.).

But this unrelenting hatred of Christianity is just as bad as any bigotry posited by so called Christians. No where near all Christians defend the wrongs perpetrated in Christianity's name, in fact I'd be so bold as to assert that the majority don't.

Many, dare I say the majority, of Christians live quiet lives and make no effort to shove their religion down the throats of others.

Fuss and fume about the wrongs done by these zealots in Christ's clothing if you will. But don't be so hypocritical as to emulate them in doing so.

Hatred will solve nothing.

Makes sense, If I was a god, and I was just checking up on earth, where these weird giant monkey tribes are sitting around screaming about the idea of a god with faces/names they created, killing each other and hating each other because their gods disagree with each other, and then I seen athiests just being rational and logical about everything, and not killing each other and being nice, I would treat the athiests better..

At the end of the day, organized religions killed millions upon millions throughout history, Athiests barely killed anyone in comparison..

Its kinda funny, if religions practiced what they preached, this world would be amazing, but instead, they do the exact opposite. I'm waiting for the day where all the religions will be like in a museum in like 100 years and people will be like "BEHOLD"

Ya I wish you could change my mind too, but for the same reason i don't listen to 6 year olds, you don't bring anything of intellectual discussion to the table. You fail to grasp the concept that god=nature=things that occur naturally=anything a human being is physically and mentally capable of is natural, including homosexuality, and its not like homosexuality is a human only thing, if that was the case i would say you have a point, but you do not.

Over population is a myth? Just like the earth is flat right? And all those evil scientists corrupted by the devil spewing evolution and science to the other corrupted people. Guess what? You are right, YOU have no next generation, because religion itself is dying, especially christianity, the rest of the world will thrive without it.

Things not being "natural" isn't an argument against it, and besides, how can you honestly argue that something is unnatural when it is 100% fact that it exists in nature? I'd go as far as to say that suppression of homosexuality is the only thing not natural about the whole situation, and has obviously lead to population problems in more strict areas of the planet. If every single human and animal bred like it was their sole duty, we would be in deep sh# right now. Denying that is beyond ignorant.

You can take it at face value or not. As you can see this is coming from the "New Testament God" (whatever that means). You will have to decide on your own what and who to believe.

colbe there are a number of things I have been holding off on saying and if you noticed I hadn't mentioned the initial article you posted. I will do so now.

A few points about channeling you should be aware of, it is expressly forbidden by God as a sin. Being a devout Catholic you should know this but the issue I have with Catholicism is that it treats Faith like a board game with a get out of hell free card any time you confess which needs to be weekly because the sins never end right? What's wrong with this picture?

Secondly and addressing the Leary guy, he reminds me of several others around the web... Letters to Timothy, Book of Urantia, all people who believe God will be sending new messages (as if the original wasn't good enough and needed a rewrite) through people who claim to be either Jesus, the arch-angel Michael, Mary, even all of the above depending upon which day/letter you read.

All delusions and woefully inaccurate. God is not going to judge a pair of cities in a corrupted world, not this time. Been there, done that and the world today is worse on a sheer numbers basis alone so get over any concept of one area being more deserving of wrath than another.

As far as catholicism is concerned I am curious why you who seem to know the word well enough would follow a Religion that was first built up around Pagan beliefs in order to get the Romans to acquiesce and follow, and secondly replaces God with a "father" figure (Thou shall call no man the father remember? ) that engages in idolatry ( kissing of his ring) and has upside down crosses everywhere. Wasn't it Peter who was crucified upside down? My Biblical fluency isn't that great so if I am mistaking Peter for Paul please forgive me.

Now I don't begrudge you for your Faith and it is admirable the way you post after post defend it but what exactly are you defending here? Are you aware that the spirit world is real and channeling is warned against for a reason? As soon as you open that door to the other side you invite whatever spirit, malevolent or benevolent, who can say? The devil has been gaining souls by deception and these "letters" are merely the latest ploy to undermine true Faith in God and trust me, God doesn't need to send any messages through any "medium' pun intended.

If you knew God, truly knew God in your heart, your discernment of spirit would have awakened you to the fact that by their fruits shall you know them and when the Faithful start to stray because of lies then there will be hell to pay... literally..

As a believer in Christ you wouldn't seek any via any means other than the one Jesus Himself asked of you.. .through your heart, not through some messaging system that IMO is stereotypical of many others around the web and I can't help but wonder it isn't all by design as a systematic attack on what little rationale is left to the believer amidst all the confusion.
