I am a new member and I can´t upload any pictures.
ATS tells me all the time that the picture upload is temporally unavailable...
anybody can help me or tell me when exactly i can upload my pictures?

Click tools then ATS uploads you'll see a green bar hit that to choose your pic. They are trying something new and the old way doesn't work anymore.
