Windows XP Service Pack 2

Best computers IMHO are Falcon Northwest and VooDoo which dont use Proprietary parts. They use regular parts that people would built comps from. Which then comes my next opinion...building your own is almost always the cheapest way to get exactly what you want. But if you dont wanna risk it then dont.
