John Pilger speaks the truth

John Richard Pilger (born 9 October 1939) is a left-wing Australian journalist and documentary maker, based in London. He has twice won Britain's Journalist of the Year Award, and his documentaries have received academy awards in Britain and the US.

Since his early years as a war correspondent in Vietnam, Pilger has been a strong critic of Western foreign policy. He is particularly opposed to many aspects of United States foreign policy, which he regards as being driven by an imperialist agenda.

I reckon this bloke deserves a nobel peace prize. Its people like him who are trying to keep us informed about how the wrold is run and trying to keep us free as well.
