Without clear and defined goals (not to mention stellar logistics and tactical leadership) there would be no success for a revolution in the US. If
you want an example of a group with no real leadership or purpose look to the Occupy Wallstreet outfit as they have yet to say exactly what it is they
want or what they are protesting and thus have gained little in the way of traction with the people at large. As for pointing out the success of
various revolts in the middle east during the Arab Spring a good portion of those were guided by external forces who have provided assets on the
ground to advise and assist which can easily turn a determined but unorganized revolt into a serious and hard-charging revolution.
