finished reading just now...nothing tangible has been solved yet it seems...just bits and pieces and the twitter...any strong theories so far?

Lots of theories, but I don't think anyone has anything concrete without page 6.
If you want, they have a chatroom open for the Enigma site, you might get better answers there.
I don't do the chat thing, so I think I'm missing out on a lot of info for you.

I'm I correct in thinking that the red letter message "THE GATES REALLY TWINKLE" and the toroid museum tweets have not been deciphered yet?

I know both "THE WORLD IS RUN BY 147" and "ADL IRONY" have been done, but I can't find a confirmation about the "GATES" message.

The numbers seem to be counting down like the first set, only in hex format. Not sure what time frame those are on though, might be a second timer down to GN0019 possibly.

It comes up because the Google cached page has a reference to the Twitter post about incorporated territories, which this page happens to be about. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the game.

I find it weird though if you click that link on google, the insurance supposed site talks about incorporated territories. It's either a huge coincidence or it is a clue.
