I highly doubt that you are a psychopath.

If you are one, however, what is it like having no responsibility towards yourself, since you can't feel guilt?

Your own personal limitations, as you describe, and even your 'psychopathy', have nothing to do with you being a 'good' or 'bad/evil' person.
ALL 'good', and ALL 'bad/evil', exists solely in the vain judgmental imagination/ego, vanity, OF THE OBSERVER!

I stumbled across this site looking for ways to deal with a family member and found the questions that everyone put to him that he answerd as best as he could .. Very interesting
Think about it .. It's the " normal " people that are buggerd always looking for answers on this subject .. If I could honestly switch off for a while and become more like this guy i would relish in the rest lol ..

Yes.
There are those judgmental folks who would think/imagine that you are a 'bad person'.
They are identifying their judgment and vanity on you.
It is easier to point at others and hate our reflections safely, imagining 'others'.
You seem to identify with the judgments of 'others', also.
We learn to do that from day one.
Sometimes crazy people harm others. Some people consider that 'bad'.
So, therefore, it is, to 'them', at least!
But a law of the Universe says that;
"For every Perspective, there is an equal and opposite Perspective." First Law of Soul Dynamics
So if one sees you as 'bad', at the moment, guaranteed that another sees you as 'good'.
All 'apparent opposites' resolve in Truth.

It's not as if we have any choice at all in who and what we are, at any moment, ever.
No 'free-will/choice', so what's the point of judging 'others/Self'?
All judgment is Self judgment!
All hate is Self hate!

I got the anger card ,so count your blessings about the absence from the emotions of THAT.
DO you ever find yourself being accidentally cruel?
I would just do what I did and deal with the feelings later ...which I am ,but I never saw the kind of action you have.
