I thought about the craziest dare I could possibbly imagine.I think it would have to be walking from city hall in philadelphia anywhere north at midnight for 2 miles.With a half million crackheads penniless,your odds of survival arent too good.Maybe somebody should adress this issue at some point because these cities are like the night of the living dead

Actually your odds of survival could be pretty good if you follow the first rule, Don't be seen!
Now, if your wearing a sandwich board like poor McClean....your odds have just dropped quite abit.
