Are you comparing modern military strategy to a 500 year old society with spears?
Many of these bases have been there for decades. You really think that some of the greatest military minds in the world, don't know what they are doing? The US has a knack for having plenty of of military here, but not marching down the street or constantly in the faces of citizens.

Ever wonder about those myseterious interstate closings? If they don't mention accident or something else, then it is a troop movement.

Its all somewhat amusing.

Granting the Palestinians their own country is a complete no-brainer and the ethical thing to do. Sadly, the US government is comprised of a Iraeli sock puppets who are either financially or religiously motivated to support Israel politics no matter what. It pains me to see this, especially if the justification of this unethical behavior is of religious nature.

A bigger issue is the world isn't happy the 16 countries on the UN Decolonization list haven't been set free.

Supposedly that issue as well may go to the UN Security Council soon for a vote....possible military authorization to Liberate those 16 countries still being held.

It doesnt matter what year you live in the principle is the very same. You oppress your people enough, when the invaders come your people will welcome them with open arms. Infact, this very thing played out in WW2, many germans didn't like the way Hitler was running the show, even his own generals and top colonels were plotting to kill him in Operation Valkerie so that they could surrender to the allies before Germany was destroyed, and they weren't a 500 year old civilization with spears. In fact many germans didn't even bother to try to help when the allies invaded, they just let the allies pass, and some were even in a resistance and helped the allies against the nazi's.

You should stop looking at the world through rose tinted glasses, history repeats itself, that is a fact and will always be a fact.

Really???? What part of the world is so unhappy? I don't see anyone stepping up and demanding independence loudly for these countries. Just being honest. I'm sure residents of those areas feel different,but the rest of the world doesn't care unless there are natural resources at stake.

Do you seriously think the UNSC would vote for such a thing as you claim? There would be permanent veto's going up left and right.

Why should we? It is not a legitimate debt imo. It is a result of Un-Constitutional(thus illegal) practices and policies. If a thief runs up my credit card, I am not responsible, so why should we pay it? Repudiate the debt. It is a lie anyway

China doesn't care about the Palestinians. To think otherwise is foolish.

If the Palestinians where honest, they would apply for Failed Statehood.

israel should be isolated and given a taste of its own medicine... embargos on medecine, no more made in china products, no more food, no more hospital supplies, and no more of anything that can be "converted into rockets or weapons that threaten Palestine"...

Oh, and Palestinians should build settlements for themselves in israel after expropriating jews of their land, burn their crops, prevent them from using their hospitals, and shoot any israeli who gets too close to the border...

Maybe then will they learn what they have done...
