I was very amused when Lockheed(?) had a MAJOR accounting snafu, and rather than being eliminated under the DOD rules, they were forgiven due to "international interest" in the project. See, break the rules and money always can get you out of it.

You can buy the DVD from PBS, its a must have, has extras obviously not seen on broadcast.
