What is the TRUTH?

The truth is that there is no truth. The truth is whatever you want it to be because you shape your own reality.

so, if your statement that "the truth is that there is no truth" isn't that a truth?
therefor there is a truth in your statement... yet, the statement say there is no truth!
this is right! and that is right! now how can they both be right when they contradict each other??

No one knows the truth!


Not a single one of us human beings knows what the heck is going on. Spiritually, we know there is something, but in the end, it is up to each and every one of us to find our own truth and go with that,because we will never know THE TRUTH in this lifetime,and perhaps will still only get a little better glance of the truth when we die.

We are but sparks in the fire.

There is only one thing that is true, everything else is in your head, a story of make believe.
This moment is real. Whatever story is playing in your head is not real, it is imaginary, it is not reality. What you believe is true is not true.
Presence is truth.

Truth is something reliable, something that can be trusted, something we can turn to and known for sure it won't let us down.
Come to know this moment as yourself and see that Presence is always available.
The truth is you and now can never be separate.
Now is all you ever have to deal with.
And now looks after itself.
