Consensus? What consensus?

He was a little late. Since Global Warming was proved a hoax over a year ago.

Better late than never.

Good for him, standing up to the Global Warming fear mongers!

It's a pity that this thread will probably go unnoticed by most, despite being pretty solid evidence of an actual conspiracy

Thanks for posting OP

It's easy to get a consensus among scientists when you pay them to validate it.
Bravo for this man!
Real scientists don't say "the science is settled" about AGW.
Politicians who push an agenda of fear do however.

It wouldn't have hurt your thread to identify the man and his elaboration of his reason for giving up a distinguished career and position in the face of the AGW fraud perpetrated by some "consensus" (as if a consensus can NEVER be wrong).

The global warming theory left him out in the cold.

Dr. Ivar Giaever, a former professor with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the 1973 winner of the Nobel Prize in physics, abruptly announced his resignation Tuesday, Sept. 13, from the premier physics society in disgust over its officially stated policy that "global warming is occurring."

Giaever does not agree -- and put it bluntly and succinctly in the subject line of his email, reprinted at Climate Depot, a website devoted to debunking the theory of man-made climate change.

"I resign from APS," Giaever wrote.

As they say "truth will out". It's just a shame that when things like this happen, the majority don't pay attention.

I've never believed in GW personally and never will.

This man is clearly a proud man and stands up for his beliefs and doesn't sell them out

Thanks for brining this to my attention OP

NO! He's probably remembered that Co2 is heavier than air and can't cause global warming....

He can resign and speak out now. His funding and livelihood doesn't depend on touting AGW anymore.

Good for him, strange how the msm keeps pushing the same old bunk isnt it?

We need far more good people taking a stand and putting their careers on the line, i think it is time we had some honesty and integrity in the world.

Sorry, i was day dreaming again for a 2nd there.
