that If just 5% of the DNA is different, this amounts to 150,000,000 DNA base pairs that are different between them!

And that is fine. Still doesn't show that we are NOT related. We are 94 percent the same. That's why we look so similar, as opposed to a dog, which has much fewer of similar dna.

Use some common sense. I used classification. The one's that had no God, i dismissed. The one's that are pagan i dismissed. And so on... The only one's i really considered were the one's apart of the abrahamic faith.

Islam, Judaism, and Christianity.

Christ prevailed.

Christianity may be the most popular religion but Christ has hardly prevailed.

Christianity is only 1/3 of the religious community

2/3 of the Worlds religious community worship a religion other than Christianity

Religious rankings by size

Heck Christ has hardly even prevailed among Christians now has he?

How many people among that 1/3 of self proclaimed Christians truly are devout followers of the religious teachings of Jesus Christ?

How many of those self proclaimed devout followers (like Catholic priests) are out there committing atrocious acts of sin against their fellow Christians?

Yeah, I guess penguins, ostriches, emus, etc. are not categorized with the flying creatures mentioned in the bible. They must be categorized with the creeping creatures. Lol. I guess they're not the same kind after all.

cult
noun /kəlt/
cults, plural

1. A system of religious veneration and devotion directed toward a particular figure or object
- the cult of St. Olaf

2. A relatively small group of people having religious beliefs or practices regarded by others as strange or sinister
- a network of Satan-worshiping cults

3. A misplaced or excessive admiration for a particular person or thing
- a cult of personality surrounding the leaders

4. A person or thing that is popular or fashionable, esp. among a particular section of society
- a cult film

i take it you are speaking of definition 1. which if you are then your beliefs fall under the same category, as do just about every religion.

but most people think of a cult as definition 2.
Catholicism is extremely large, so it doesnt fall under that category.

Christianity can't even agree on the interpretation of the politically driven book of their religion, (which has MANY mistranslations in it) that they have created numerous different denominations from the same book.

en.wikipedia.org...

why would god inspire such a confusing book, open to interpretation, and then allow it to be mistranslated?

This type of trolling isn't effecting my emotions just so you know.

Catholic priests are occultist's that are apart of the Vatican 2 cult.

There Jesus is not the same as our Jesus Christ just so you know.

Very good question. He will probably say that true christians are led and taught by the holy spirit on what the bible is saying. The problem is, they all believe they are led by the holy spirit. Lol. The holy spirit is one confusing sucker.

Actually i am talking about these:

1. A system of religious veneration and devotion directed toward a particular figure or object
- the cult of St. Olaf

3. A misplaced or excessive admiration for a particular person or thing
- a cult of personality surrounding the leaders

RevelationGeneration, can you admit that you do not ask god the question about similar dna because you know you won't receive an answer? Can you be honest and admit that?

Instead of saying that you might hurt his feelings and make him feel less sovereign, or that you're happy believing what you believe, or have me ask him instead, can you admit the truth? That you know you won't receive any answer of any sort?
