Apart from fossils, which is purely speculative at best. Is there actually any evidence of a mutation in an animal to cause it to become another genus of animal? Say a mouse for some reason has 3 legs, its still a mouse is it not? that would be considered a mutation according to you?

END THREAD. You have just lost.

It wasn't the fourth day. That's the day he created the rest of the entire universe in one lick. It took him the other five days to work on the earth. It's amazing that he created all those billions of stars, the other billions of planets, asteroids, comets, maybe even life on other planets in one day, but it took five other days to do the earth.

I'll go through the one's i know about, but before i do let me tell you.

NONE OF THOSE ARE VESTIGIAL.

-Junk DNA - WHO SAYS ITS JUNK? Scientist's aren't even close to decodeing dna of what they might think is "Junk".
-Wisdom teeth - Can be explained with changes to the modern diet.
-Coccyx(tail bone) - Has at-least 4 other muscles attached to it, without it we wouldn't even be able to sit down on a chair.
-Appendix - Plays a role in the immune system, been proven to be functional a organ.

Claiming any part of the human body is VESTIGIAL just makes your theory rather silly.

Hmmm? So.......tell me what this fish started as? It is a fish that can walk on land, just as there are fish that can fly. Oh, I get it....A flying fish came from an airplane.

Let me ask you a question. You mentioned that some things can changed due to adapting to the environment. Let's say that humans live on for another 10 million years, and throughout that time the earth goes through changes. Humans, and other animals, have to adapt to survive. Over those millions of years, you think humans will still be the same as we are today? Would they even still be human?

Rubbish, you display arrogance by stating that only Christianity is the TRUTH.
Try saying that in Saudi Arabia or Iran or Israel.
But we now have the real reason for your OP.
Under the guise of scientific discussions, you had a different agenda - To berate those who do not believe in creationism.
When scientific proof was offered as I did on page 16, you ignored it.
Why? - because you cannot refute it.

BTW, still waiting on an explanation for the similarities in DNA amongst the animals of the earth. Why is that? Isn't that what you'd expect to see if evolution were true, or not?

Hey isn't that Lord Ra-el in your Avatar?

I got a question for you... You make a thread questioning Evolutionists, which is basically a prelude to preaching, yet you've had more "mannors and decorum" violations then anyone in this thread?

Touchy subject? Or is this just the typical missionary christian approach? When all else fails, resort to assulting ones character?

that's likely because the text in genesis 1, verses 1 and 2, are talking about the creation of the galaxies, via super massive blackholes, and wormholes were associated with the gods, so the creation of the galaxies was associated with the gods. these things work in tandem with each other. in other words, every galaxy has a super massive black hole at its center that created the galaxies themselves. they were called god, the god of the milky way galaxy is a different elohim than the god of the andromeda galaxy, for example, because they are different super massive black holes. it's a comparative issue.

I would like to answer that if I may. Humans will still be humans. They would not evolve from one humanoid to another, they would just adapt to their surrounding, such as more hair on the body, or less. Or even adapt to survive bacterial attacks that we cannot survive now. We would not change into a pig or horse.

Not even going to take that post seriously. This isn't a competition, i don't care about who think's their "winning" this debate. This forum is about finding truth. All you have done is presented a video with one of God's creatures. Peculiar? Perhaps... but why should God be limited with his creations? I am thankful he made a wide variety of animals. Otherwise the world would be a very boring place.

As for the guy narrating that video, his name is david attenborough and a self proclaimed atheist, another duped member of the British Huminism association. I feel sorry for the guy.

Some of us don't discount the idea of a creator.

We just discount the fact that it is WITHOUT EQUIVOCATION your god.

Or Thor. Or Allah. Are you beginning to understand this, yet?

it may have started as an organism that developed cells that gathered blue light from the sun so they could get energy. the eye has evolved in many different and independent ways. not all eyes are on the head of a creature. but i might point out that the cells may have developed on the head of most creatures because the sun is above us so the most efficient way to gather light was for the light sensitive cells to be on the top of the organism. the organisms who may have developed light sensitive cells on their bottoms were at a disadvantage so had less of a chance to pass their gene on.

and science doesn't have any opinions. its not a matter of whether we like the theory of evolution or not, its a matter of what the evidence points to.

Hi. the scientific evidence of the existence of a "God" (Not necessarily the God of christians) is within the fact that you and I exist. The incredible design in the universe and how it functions scientifically cannot have come into existence by some sort of accident or whatever the non believers in a intelligent designer claim.

See here goes another creationist, who cannot accept that what he thinks is true, is in fact only a belief.
That the universe is god's creation is only your belief. Please provide proof of this that does not come from the bible.

You Christian folks follow the same script. I work with one and all he ever does is try to convert me and talk about his god. But his mind is made up - as is yours.

So why did you create this thread if your mind is already made up? To waste our time trying to educate you?

Go! Believe in your religion! We don't care! Just stop trying to infringe on other people's beliefs - or lack of, and calling us educated folks out! If you want your faith - have it!!! The rest of us will stick with the SCIENTIFIC METHOD and THEORIES and HYPOTHESES - and what we can touch, smell, see and hear!

You wouldn't believe an urban legend on any given day, now - would you? Why delude yourSELF?

Oh, nevermind - I'm talking to a brick wall. Your mind is made up.

Peace and good luck with that.

He is not my God, He is our God, the Creator. If you read my earliest post, I stated that I saw and felt Him. God is real, intelligent and forgiving. When I went into cardiac arrest, I was without life long enough to experience God. He is loving, and all forgiving. I am not a Bible thumper, in fact, I do not know much about the Bible. All I can tell you is there is truly life after death and you will one day face the maker. Good night folks. I need to be up for work in four hours.

You answered the dna question? I didn't see it. Why do all animals share similar dna?
