The source is Weekly World News, and the "author" is "Erik Von Datakin," clearly a play on the famous "Erik von Däniken."

This is not true.

Napoleons body was exhumed in 1840, in order to transfer it to Les Invalides, in Paris.
Since then, France has blocked demands to exhume the body again (for analysis of DNA, because of a rumor that the body is not Napoleon, but his butler).

It has not been exhumed since 1840
