Actualy if Jihad as described by the Koran is quite close to the passive resistance that Ghandi preached. During a Jihad, you can only defend, not
harm innocents tree etc. Not quite Ghandi like but a far cry from the radical interpretation the Bin laden and the Whabbi bunch preach
