Wow..just wow. This photo was taken by the robotic spacecraft Cassini, and looks like a painting. Taken from the dark side of Saturn, with the sun behind it. Truly amazing

Even when I look at Saturn with a telescope I have a hard time convincing myself it's not a cheesy special effect.
It's too weirdly beautiful to be real.

Just incredible.... Someday, maybe our children or their children will be able to view a scene like that out a window in person. The real views of space never cease to amaze!

Also can someone explain the broken outermost white ring of the inner rings?
I simply refuse to believe this is anything but more of the usual NASA computer
generated tomfoolery!
