Actually, it's sad and irresponsible for people in power to carry out their grand schemes with no accompanying plan to deal with the refuse. Disrespectful.

I agree, they visit a place and they don't clean up after themselves.....disrespectful!

But of course that was the late 60's early 70's and it was cool to throw your trash out while driving down the road, so why would this be any different?
