Fukushima: mysterious man captured on webcam

There's been footage of a mysterious man pointing at a webcam in Fukushima. Thusfar no one was able to identify him.
Seems he's pointing fingers to the powers to be in my opinion.

he could just be a guy that took on a dare, or knowing everyone was watching the live cams thought it wouldbe funny. maybe just looking for his 15 minutes.

it needs somebody close so the depth of field can be calibrated, i would say they were having trouble focusing and used the man as a reference point. do you believe the government caused the earthquake and resulting tsunami? hence the mans reason to point at a camera for no reason?

I'm pretty convinced myself that it's simply a man taking readings.

This video of this person pointing reminds me of a movie. "First Blood Part II" Where Rambo speaks on the transmitter,

"Murdock.... .. I'm coming to get you!!!"

The way the guy points looks to me like a threat.

That "retarded" man has probably sacrificed his own life to clean up the mess, I personally think he deserves more respect than to be called a retard though maybe I’m just lacking your sense of humour.
