Still no info on the origin or time of this recording? (Which sounds chopped up and edited in my opinion.)
Something that someone probably threw together with pieces of old recordings of Dr. Paul saying things that he has been saying for years.
Where is the big story here folks? I'll ask again, anyone tell me where this tape originates from?

I think you are right. I listened to it with my headphones and this was quite apparent.

Does it sound chopped? I only listened to it once, but I thought his audible demeanor was pretty consistent throughout.. if it were edited using several different speeches, you could expect certain sentences to have random exclamations and what not.. Ron gets pretty passionate during a lot of his speeches, so I imagine an edited speech would sound like him with turrets

Sorry man you might want to go back and get your homework checked out Ron Paul is right. Your talking about the 90's when "Neocon" was flown around in the media more. If you look at the precedent the neo cons or the powers that be have set up its turning towards a socialist revolution. If you live in the states right now maybe your part of a massive percentage that lives off the government. Globalists elite always want you dependent. I try my self though not to label but rather look at what they have done.

Umm... the neocons are anything but truly Socialist. Do some research on what Socialism actually is... the Neo-cons are an accelerated version of PREVENTING and REVERSING positive Socialist benefits/powers of the people in society.

Interesting or not so interestingly, many of these neo-cons are dual American-Israeli citizens who not only authored the Project for the New American Century with the likes of Rumsfeld and Cheney, but directed much of our foreign policy under Bush.

Many have argued that the dual citizen neo-cons along with AIPAC virtually dictate our foreign policy.

Well the big story is that Ron Paul publicly speaks out about issues and criticizes institutions which seem to be untouchable in the world of American politics. The "Federal Reserve" and the War for Profit Industry (or the Military Industrial Complex) being two of the biggest.

Are you concerned that someone has misrepresented RP's views by allegedly piecing together his various statements?

Here is a link to the text of the entire speech. This video is a part of that much larger speech which was apparently made on the floor of the US Congress on either 7/10/03 or 7/12/03.
