How lomg has DVD recorders' been out now?

And now share your prediction on the time it will take to come out with a remote control that has a one touch rec. video audio cam in it that is universal ? Jump on this one; I won't cause it is but many that I have and keep coming to me daily and want you all to have it.
I will bet you that I will have to explain this to you all also.

Do you mean like a video camera in your remote control so you can record yourself changing channels?

MichaelJCardin has written tons of threads in the Science and Technology forum as well as a couple of others. They are all pretty much incomprehensible. My guess is that english is not his first language and that he is struggling to communicate his ideas. However, you have to hand it to him for not giving up. He has been called out on his english a couple of times but I can't recall him explaining what causes him to struggle that way.

Also, he really seems to be trying to invent a revolutionary concept of sort. From the bits and pieces I've managed to understand from his threads, he's always putting up some... innovative ideas to say the least.

Gee; guys;!!!? A DVD recorder has a hard drive and the funnyest things occure when in our livingrooms and if we had choice to run even for instance a cam with auto delete on constant; it would then furthermore add to this idea and for the original thought that I had offered; the market would then be new opportune too reason to shop for a replacement for that old dvd player where certainty would replace the uncertain ponderer that wasn't sure about getting a DVD recorder. Perhaps; I thought. And you know that if you really wanted to; possibility of creating a free network could be at significance if made wireless and when coverage of grounds were to become acheived; then networking for free could commence . I am surprised that all of you assume that you need to rely on service provisions to keep linked; when all you all really need is to create a world wireless network.Let me explain; if I and the people next door to me and the people next door to them and so on and so on ... all get a wireless networking aperatus and you and your persons next door and so on also and we all kind as a networkind grid; we then all become servers and actually become back to basics; like PC's were first linked ; but they didn't have wireless. I feel that I need to explain further here; when pc's first were on marker; they came with phone jack modems and wireless was not at hand. If it had been for instance; most pc users would have created a network as such amongst each other to link as a network ; but corporate of course had Billy the Man that fooled you all to fall in this web " how surcumstantially funny that he even called it as so" where you really had choice; but eager to and motivated by media and self obscure beleif oppertunity of yours to be successful.

really confused here. no idea what you mean DVD recorder vs a remote control recorder. my basic $100 over 2yr old digital cannon can take pics and record video... i just did so at a concert i attended and had more than enough storage on a 8gb sd card to do so and more.

The networking thing has me confused too. I'm an IT worker.. system/network admin to be specific. I wouldn't want to share my network with anyone. The average person can't set the time on their microwave or date on camera or setup a wireless router securely ....i don't want to share any rescources with someone who's PC isn't secure. On the flip i doubt people who don't know howto secure their PC wouldn't want to expose themselves. Municipal WiFi projects have been attempted most of them fail miserably because no one wants to participate because of so many security, scalability, maintenance problems occur. For the time being i'm happy giving my $ to verizon as long as their service is good
