Can't accsess ATS chat.

I just get a grey screen.
I am running ff 6.0.1. every thing on my p.c. should be up to date.

Try it in Chrome...

the chat hasn't worked for me in firefox since version 3.x

I've been using Internet Explorer for chat only.

I guess I could download chrome. Can't hurt.

64bit?

This was my problem. Tried everything for hours and hours and I'm EXTREMELY handy with computers. I fired up an old laptop with a 32bit OS and it worked first time.

Something in the ATS chat coding has a brain fart when it has to deal with x64.

Yup 64. Couldn't get it to work in chrome either. Not gonna bother trying in I.E. I can always use my old pc. I gave to my son.

Wont work in FF..at all..period..

Only works in I.E.

64 bit that is..

Chrome works...but only in 32 bit..
