Bit of a (Shameless) plug - for any Londoners / Visitors

Sunday my daughter and I will be taking part in our third Skyride in London. Put simply this is the day the streets are closed to traffic and idiots like me are allowed to ride my cycle round some of the city's nicest sights.

If you happen to be in town - and not resident - you can get hold of a hire bike from the TFL Bike hire racks or from a lot of the hire shops. If you don't fancy riding pop along for the spectacle of 80k+ people making a lot of noise on the streets.

Ill be the one in the ATS Jacket / After Midnight T-Shirt (not mentioning the lycra shorts)

The event runs from 9:30am - 4:30pm and runs from Buckingham Palace to Tower Hill - map on the website.

Looking forward to it, If you happen to hear someone shouting " ATS Rocks", It will be me lol
