The article states this new OLED tech was developed by the University of California Los Angeles campus and can stretch 45% of there length. The
technique used was basically layering carbon nanotubes and polymer electrodes on a stretchy filament. Potential application are even smaller portable
electronics and clothing. No word in the article when this will be out of beta and ready to use in products for the general public.

The best use I guess would be an LED wasteband display in pants showing how many inches your waste is and how much its stretched. They'll have to be
replaced every few months though.
