NOAA National RADAR shows Hurricane drawing moisture from Wisconsin to Louisiana!

Use your bottom and right side scroll bars to place the hurricane into the lower right of your screen. Then watch the various RADARS display the humidity being drawn into this monster.

I thought those spots were just radar anomolies?

I will say that in SE Michigan right now, it's windier than it has been in two or three days.
Adn until Monday night, we're due to have northern or n'western winds.

This is not a infrared graphic. I really doubt you will see any trace of HAARP activity on it. Those two 30° lines look like some sort of glitch. By the way, do you have any link for a map with IR imagery, that big???

I dunno about Wisconsin but its been drier than heck here in the FL. Always like that when Horrorcanes go by, suck the moisture right out o the sky.

I dont know anything about weather reading, but I'm pretty sure that's just moisture brought along with the hurricane..this thing is pretty huge after all.

Thanks for the Infra-Red photo. You can see the moisture also being drawn from Cuba as well.

The radar images that appear as "blobs" are caused by the radar operating in VCP32 (clear air mode). This is a very sensitive mode hence the widespread false convection reading.

Also sharp 30° lines are known as the "sunset effect" and will usually occur when the sun sets. Again, just interference.

The image that some of us viewed and responded to was at approx 21:00 hours, or 3 hours ago. Thank you for contributing this current after sundown image. Sadly, it does not show the effects that the IR sat does.
