Mystery Cloud Phenomenon Over Beijing??

I was sent a video of today's news about a phenomenon in China, I was surprised there wasn't a thread on it already. The report, which most of you will not understand as it's in Bulgarian is quite alarmist in nature. It says observatories in China observed the cloud-like formation. Some interviewed scientists even insisted the phenomenon could have not been natural.

The thing is, so far I'm not getting any major confirmations. There are just reports that something strange happened.

If its a cloud...which they seem to think it is then this should be in "Geoengineering and chemtrails" or "Fragile earth" surely???

The phenomenon was "cloud-like". Sure don't look like a cloud to me.

And to my perception, it's an unidentified phenomenon in the air.

It's evidence of Earth's extra-dimensional counterpart making a visual appearance as it, and the other dimensions, attempt to fold back together into a single dimension!

As you can tell.....I have no clue, but very interesting to say the least!

This reminds me of a similar thing that happened off Hawaii:

Captured in time-lapse footage, the glowing sphere takes several minutes to expand until it virtually fills the frame – then it vanishes as mysteriously as it appeared.
