This week we may have to cancel. But in the event that we do make it to air, we should do a run down on hurricane preparations with Irene threatening the East Coast currently. Also one of my favorite things, budget gear. In this case how to have what you need for $20 or less. might have to sit in on this thread... if I can figure out what I did with my old headset...

On the subject of Irene... I got a phone call yesterday from my youngest son... he's over at Fort Jackson in NC finishing up boot camp... well he's all excited because thanks to this hurricane Jackson will be turned into an evacuation center... so if any of our members find themselves over there... be sure to look up my boy and give him hell for me...

BTW in case I cant make the show... or it doesn't go off tonight...

Now that's ironic. A show on Irene preparedness gets canceled because of Irene and the lack of preparation.
