The fact that you e-mailed Open has nothing to do with why I'm doubtful. It's the complete about-face that I'm wondering about. You're conversion came completely out of nowhere. I'm not discounting your experience or you beliefs, and who you are friends is your business. As I said on the Record site, I'm simply examining ALL sides of the issue, and then I'll draw my conclusion. So if something looks suspicious, I'm going to take that into consideration.

I never believed in miracles. But I came out of that with but a scratch. Phenomenal, and weird. But I was there. It happened. I shared a hard to share story. It took guts for me to relive that one, something I'd rather keep buried. And now the site is white again. Imagine that. Maybe, perhaps, you have something to share with tonight's audience?

See...another update...I haven't even finished eating yet lol Turning the page black to white...positive vibes all around, private correspondence, TRUST, I'm not Druid...etc. etc.

In my world this is called mind f*cking : ) 8311 was fun...and when queried he was humble enough to answer straight when the facts came in. oct282011 on the other hand is "look at me! i'm buddha on the mountain top!"

That story about the guy, supposedly who likes to fix things mechanical, should get his story straight...any person in the civilized world, a mechanic at that, should know the first rule when jacking up a car...check for stability. If you forget that or didn't know about that...then you have no business getting under a car/truck/spaceship/what have you.

P.S. Open, site creator, Druid, whoever you are...if this whole sh*t has even a grain of truth in it...you have no right to regulate/control how the message/idea comes out...YOU ARE THE MESSENGER, YOU DON'T OWN THE MESSAGE.

It's not about paranoia. The thing that disturbs me is that more and more people are trying to become friends with Open. All these private conversations, sharing secrets.. Why do I care? Because we are supposed to have equivalent amount of information from Open. We are equal, as pixel on a display, and no pixel could have some exclusive information from the videocard(which is Open in this metaphor). Open might be the good guy but for everyone on this site he is just a source of some valuable information. And all this private stories that doesn't help to get this information are irrelevant in this thread. And I'm really surprised that Open pays attention to them. I wonder how guys on GLP and other forums are confused when that message about "trust" on Oct28 page.
The point is that Open have to be objective and reveal his message according to whatever plan he has. And when you provoke him to start a private conversation through the sites that everyone else are using to get the message, you guys(yeah Open, you too) only makes us harder to understand that message. The same story was with AlasBabylon (that is obsessed with Putin). All those answers from Open made a lot of confusion among other people. We still have no idea what was referred to concrete person and what - to the original Open's message(the truth about October 28).

TL;DR: People, please, stop making private conversations with Open on public websites. Because Open starts to answer on Oct28 site and it frustrates other people.

If you think you have experienced a miracle, why would you bury something like that. I mean, I can understand why you wouldn't tell just anyone you meet, but keeping it burried is a bit odd.

I have something to share with tonight's audience? Well it's morning here and I'm at work. I had hot chili last night, and I'm sharing something alright!

I've not teamed up with Open. His email response is as cryptic as his clues are. He is Open, nothing more, and nothing less. He has exhibited the utmost integrity, IMO, and continues to do so.

If you doubt my change of heart, read back a few pages. If you can't doubt your own heart, then you know who you are. It's simple once you start to /see/. I'm not offering any solutions, I'm just calling it as I see it. Adaptation.

Is that such an unfamiliar concept? You've been doing it your whole life, never trusting, changing, never having something to hold onto. Is it something you miss? When you have it, it means something, and when it's gone, you are empty.

Adaptation is certainly not an unfamiliar concept. Unfortunately, neither is deceit. Maybe you and Open are being completely honest, but considering everything I've seen so far, I have significant doubts about this whole story. And before someone on Open's side say's "walk away if you feel that way" (as that seems to be a popular response from that camp), why should I walk away when all I'm trying to do is get to the truth? No, I intend to stick around until the end and find out what's going on, as much I'm able. Regardless of where that truth takes me.

We should be working on a solution soon.

I am not affiliated with Open, nor am I part of his plan. I am myself, yet have connected in a mature fashion with another intelligent human. We are working on protocol. That is all I can say.

IT's simple to think before you speak, but so hard to do....If you can love another for blathering, then you are on the right /track/. WE are all human, not one better than the next. Let that /sink/ in. Otherwise, humanity is down the /drain/.

Sorry, but I WILL call the the situation as I see. I've said clearly that I don't know for sure what's going on, just that I have doubts. What happened to the whole "This is ATS, we question everything" attitude? And I'm sorry, but you don't get to tell me to leave. It's not your thread. I'm staying right here unless Grower asks me to leave. You got a problem, deal with it.

I've said repeatedly that I'm trying to be open minded and give the benefit of the doubt, and looking at all sides. Why are the people who've had this miraculous revelation of oneness and togetherness so hostile when people raise questions? I got a similar response from Open on the record forum. If this is the result of seeing a tremendous revelation on the truth of who we are are what we're here for, it frankly doesn't look any better than what we have now.

EDIT: I should add that Open was quite a bit more restrained in his response. But the attitude came across as the same.

The manual has everything to do with the date. Instead of watching everything around you change, why not be the ones to kick it off? You have several people telling you that it is possible, and have shared their experiences with you. The KEY point that is missing is what it actually means.

How /convenient/ that druid42 had an 'experience' along the same line as Open.
