Lately I've gotten hooked on these energy drinks you can buy just about anywhere - Red Bull, Monster, Rock Star, SOBE, etc.
Red Bull appears to pretty much only have caffeine and taurine. Other drinks, however, contain a variety of other ingredients, such as Guarana (I know this is just more caffeine), Carnitine, Inositol, Eleutherococcus Senticosus, Glucose, Glucosamine...does anyone know what these things do?
The government could be feeding us anything............

I have been addicted to this stuff lately.. I enjoy the fact that it gives me a boost without the caffiene. Plus it has like 90 less calories than pepsi. I have literally burned out on caffiene and now I am taking a break. However, I believe that too much B6 can be toxic.
