What would be required to carry out a false flag solar flare?

Is it even possible? EMPs, would military vehicles be affected?

I think you would need control over every solar monitoring device and the help of the media of course.

It is not even possible. During a solar storm the Aurora would be beyond this world, they would also have to fake that too.

Wait until an X class flare is earth directed, then kill the power when it was supposed to arrive. That way people will still see the aurora. Problem is most people don't watch the sun. So for the vast majority, it would appear as if the power just went out all over town. They'd have no way of actually blaming it on a solar flare...well I suppose there could be a breaking news update before it arrives.

A double round of EMP's should do the trick for all major cities at least.

I think any suggestions on how someone would carry out a false flag attack is wrong. Too many people out there with doom and gloom in their mind want to cause problems when they don't see enough destruction to satisfy their bloodlust.

What would be the point? Creating a false flag operation that points the finger at the sun? What is the end game? To destroy the sun?

If you wanted to fake a CME, you would need to do the following:

1. Either feed fake data through Nasa's STEREO satellite or pay off the right people within Nasa to say there has been a massive coronal mass ejection.

2. You will need one very powerful EMP weapon that extends beyond the range of current technology. You cannot use a nuclear warhead because it would be far too obvious. There is no way it would go unseen or otherwise undetected. And how would you hide the missile launch?

First, bear in mind that a properly exercised false flag solar flare would require the proper after effects; loss of electricity and communications. This would immediately serve both the purpose of such a operation by removing global communications from the hands of the average citizen and make them entirely reliant on officially approved news/information delivered via whatever means were in place for this purpose.

In the order of effect:

Week 1.1 False flag solar flare announced via mainstream media world wide.

Week 1.2. Initial power outages and communication disruptions.

Week 1.3. Extended/ongoing power failures and communication disruptions. Near total shutdown of WWW.

Week 2.1. Governments implement initial measures to maintain civil order; fuel rationing, food distribution centers, water distribution centers.

NOTE: At some point roughly 10-14 days following the opening of the op, looting will become a problem as food and other resources become less and less readily available.

Week 3.1. Governments implement secondary measures; controlled information services, healthcare points, enhanced law enforcement.

Week 4.1. Governments announce that assessments of damage to power and communications infrastructure may take between 18 and 24 months to restore in larger, industrialized nations and up to four years in the third world.

Week 4.2. The ongoing crisis has led to some nations implementing various degrees of martial law. In the US, this task is outwardly assigned to individual states but quietly overseen by federal personnel.

Week 5.1. The US Government announces that the Bill of Rights will be partially suspended and that all private weapons not under lock and key may be confiscated upon detection by law enforcement/military personnel.

NOTE: Around a 4 to 6 weeks after the op begins, local and regional food resources will be nearly depleted. All food from this point will be delivered and distributed by the military. Any citizen found to be carrying a fire arm in public, will be arrested and the weapon confiscated. Local newspapers are supplied with fuel for generators and for distribution of print.

Week 6.1. Official news sources announce that the next scheduled election(s) has been indefinitely postponed. All incumbents are placed under a policy similar to the military 'stop-loss' system and will continue to serve under the direct authority of the federal government. All state national guard/militias are federalized.

NOTE: By the time we get to the two month mark of this op, martial law will be in place an almost entirely in force. Civilian law enforcement and emergency services will be under the direct control of various federal authority. Laws which protect the civilian population from unwarranted searches and arrests will be long forgotten. People will be bused to and from workplaces.

At about six months, power and communication services will begin returning but the martial law will remain as a fact of life. We will be told that it could be years before the Bill of Rights is fully restored... but this is for our own good. Those who finally get internet access again find that there are no more open forums like ATS and no commentaries allowed on news stories. There is also a new law that mandates than anyone who does more than browse, must have an official web ID, that is registered with the government.

At the first anniversary of the op, most services are restored in most areas... but again, life will never be the same.

This is not a prophesy or a prediction. It is just one person's concept of a scenario that could play out if there was a false flag op based on a destructive solar flare, for the sole purpose of gaining control over the democratic civil populations

Think of it as a carnival ride for the imagination.
