Feds bust Iraqi-Mexican drug operation in Calif.

Federal officials said Thursday they've busted a drug trafficking ring involving Mexico's most powerful cartel and members of an Iraqi immigrant community in the U.S. who were caught selling illegal drugs, assault rifles, grenades and homemade explosives.

About 60 people from the Iraqi community were arrested after a six-month investigation carried out by the Drug Enforcement Administration and police in the city of El Cajon, a working-class city east of San Diego.

this is not to surprising especially after the CIA operations like the recent fast and furious operation that was recently uncovered.

what is less surprising is they are using a growing population of Iraqi refugees who are more than likely not all Iraqi's.

now we know for sure there is a middle eastern presence who have access to money weapons drugs and people or troops to support whatever cause they are promoting , you can bet its not a peacefull cause.

the article also shows these refugees or social club members are falling victim to our lazy american ways and are coveting all of our Vices so maybe they will end up just normal criminals and not terrorists mad at the U.S. for pillaging their home.

if anyone has seen the movie the Siege its worth a watch. what happened in that movie is a growing possibility here and that is of mole type terrorists creating fear and then martial law in the U.S. that movie is what first popped into my mind when reading this story.

Chaldeans are Catholic Iraqis.

Many immigrated here when Sadam came to power.

The Chaldeans formed large communites in Detroit and San Diego.
Sand Diego being close to the Mexican border, and most Chaldeans here having family and ties to Detroit I can see how this would have worked.

I personally wont do business with Chaldean businessmen unless they are referred by a trusted respected client.. based on years of experience.
Many, it seems, have very different business ethics than I do.

i wonder if they will they be deported?
