When it comes to technology, anything is possible, but why would Aliens travel hundreds of light years to Earth and then spend the next 70 years, flying about in our skies, imitating Chinese lanterns and balloons. They must be cosmic jokers or up to no good. Which one is it
To outwit a superior foe, it helps if you think outside the box.

Anybody who says these are lanterns really hasn't seen a lantern outside there own house before, or let one of in the sky before, because they really are alot dimmer & dumber and never hold a formation, what was they using in these... 100 candles maybe?
They are very dim on camera phones you can't pick them up to far away at all, they are generally out of sight in a minute or so, and they never travel horizontal in any conditions they go up up up up up and disappear, gone... much like a mini hot air balloon which is essentially what they are right?, they are tiny orange dots pretty much as soon as you let go LOL, not solid white lights like these traveling across the sky in formations which actually hold for longer than half a second
You must have seen the cheaper ones lol, the ones I've seen are at least 5 mile distance and bright as those on the video. The reason they hold formation is due to a low wind not dispersing them much.
Chinese Lanterns, I bet my life on it!
If theres low to zero wind they travel and climb a a good rate, its essentially a hot air balloon with it booster on constantly
I have seen and released many different kinds big and small cheap and not so cheap, i know the difference because i have seen the difference, the real thing up close, and a silly lantern, the real ones are much brighter and consist of brilliant white light sometimes brilliant orange light but constantly bright that can some times flare up to nearly 5 times the size of the original size, blink on and off...change positions in seconds
i'm not saying there are not some mistaken identities with lantern because there are, and yes they are similar, but from someone who seen one of these real orb like crafts from 200ft directly above, there is no way of mistaking them from lanterns, they do fly similar to lanterns while travelling in lose formation, but generally lanterns with have a pitch to there accents and flicker dim & orange, i don't know whether or not this is there intentions to trick people or not, but when just a few of them are on there own and not flying in mass fleets they do some really cool stuff even sometime in fleet they will do these things, materialise out of nothing, dematerialise, in that process they go almost translucent/see through, they can reach incredible speeds, up close they look like mini suns burning
I believe these ones are the real deal, as they are solid white lights not flickering and traveling horizontal, all i can tell you is not all these fleets of orb are lanterns, if you was to see one up close you would be absolutely blow away, i can only hope you do, because it will be very frustrating for you to to hear them all just being past of as lanterns when you 100% know they are not,
I'm not trying to convince you or anybody, but just ask that people look abit harder and think abit harder in what they are looking at and open there mind a little bit because you are just fooling yourselves if your going to come in take one look at the video and match it up to a lantern in your head with out considering the small detail that could really set them apart,
Id love to see a debunker go out and recreate what the believer consider to be the real ones, and try replicate the footage i think its about time we did this, maybe ATS could set this up
If you go to Youtube user Seeing UFOs PA she has caught some of the best orb ufos i have seen that id consider to be closer to what i have seen and 100% the real deal, i do believe in some cases she has a fair few commercial flights
Also this... 100% the real deal

Watch all the videos on this channel, there is quite alot to get though but by the end you should be able to draw your own conclusion taking in all the info along the way

#1 - I actually lived in South Korea for a year and I can honestly say that I never once saw Chinese lanterns floating in the sky - so they aren't more common over there than they are over here and they are not at all comparable to fireworks in America.
#2 - I have personally launched quite a few Chinese lanterns in my time and, depending on what size you get, they can be very bright in the daytime as well as at night. It is also quite easy to have a "formation" of lanterns flying with just a couple of people lighting them. They look and act exactly like the video on the first page of this thread and are just as bright.
#3 - These are without a doubt Chinese lanterns.
So...which is it?
You've never once seen Chinese Lanterns floating in the sky, or you've personally launched quite a few Chinese Lanterns?
Seems to be a contradiction in your post.
