Judge Dennis Barry found dead in Lincoln Park

One has to wonder......he was recently reassigned to CIVIL Court. I wonder what the last big case he worked on was?


RACINE - Racine County Circuit Judge Dennis Barry has been found dead in Lincoln Park just north of Spring Street. He was reportedly found dead in his vehicle. Barry was the deputy chief district Judge for our judicial district. Racine County Circuit Judge Judge Allan "Pat" Torhorst says he was notified by county officials at 9:30 a.m. today.

Perhaps Judge Barry's death may in connection to this case in which he mediated.

That's crazy!
Judge Barry has been around as long as I can remember.
I know Lincoln Park very well, and I can tell you it's not exactly the safest of areas.
Many people fish there in the spring and fall, as the Root River runs through it, and the trout and salmon run up there to spawn.

I wonder what he was doing in Lincoln Park?
Doesn't really seem to be the place a judge would just hang out, and it's not all that scenic, either.
