Sounds like a serotonin imbalance. Stress making it so you have none. I recommend (it's worked A LOT for me) to take one pill of 5-HTP about an
hour before you got to sleep. I find I sleep sound through the night, I wake up feeling much more rested, and I can get through the day without
stressing out as much. It helps your body produce more serotonin in your sleep.
Either that or go to the doctor and ask for trazadone or something.
