Depopulation? Then why is it going up?

If there is a massive depopulation plan that has started since what the 1950's? Then why is the world population INCREASING and not decreasing? Doesn't look like they have been very successful at it.

If you do some research you will see that it has slowed down significantly and that it is really only increasing in third world countries.
Most western countries would have had negative population growth if it wasn't for immigration.

Even if there was depopulation scheme going on it would take time before the trend starts reversing.
One thing for sure is that fertility and sperm count is down like heck. I think we might have to start worry about that instead soon.

Maybe they are just trying to curb the populations. Poison people (mentally/physically) just enough to weaken them without hurting them and causing backlash. Maybe the depopulation has to be subtle. Or maybe it's not real at all. Who knows?

Conspiracy theorist keep saying 'they' 'want to kill everyone' seems like it isn't working very well. What's the point of killing everyone? The 'elite' wouldn't have enough skilled people to maintain modern civilization, no one to maintain roads, vehicles, planes, construction work, etc. Since the ones that survive will be drugged out zombies. That theory doesn't make much sense. The 'elite' would lose their lifestyle.

Right on the money. Developing countries always go though this. Industrialized countries always spike and then go on a downward trend after they hit their peak. Developing countries are always in a constant state of expansion and therefore is desireable for population increases.
Look at the projected numbers over the next 70 years. No where near the rate of expansion as the last 70 years. Once the baby boomer generation dies off you will see a decline on world population. The reason for the huge population increase over the last hundred years is the combination of mass industrializatiin and increasing life expectancy.

Well a popular theory is that it hasn't really started yet. Apparantly the NWO are getting thing's set up then there will be a massive SHTF scenario where the governments are taking over and marial law is declared around the world. The military's will move in and there will be mass killings, all done under the cover of martail law so there will be no media reports of them.

This is when the survivalists plan to bug out and hopefully survive. This will continue till the population is around 500 million, what the NWO feels is manageable then the killings will stop, martial law will be lifted and the surviving people will emerge into a new world led by the one government.

Things such as HAARP and Chemtrails all play into this one way or another but that's a basic theory of how it will play out.

I'd like to think that there is no mass depopulation since gladly there is not that many deranged sociopathic murderers among the decision makers. There certainly are some, but not a critical mass.
Anyway, we will see it soon enough. Need in skilled people (especially in soldiers) will be greatly reduced due to robotics and AI. So if need for labor -as you suggest - is the only thing allowing for large population - it will not be nice.

What if....

Scenario 1:
What if all the civil unrest in the world is caused by "they" - in an attempt to cause civil wars and depopulation. Any survivors, of said civil wars, could be told the information that caused the unrest was false. This would lead the survivors to believe the wars were caused by public hysteria and make them beg the rulers for control.

Scenario 2:
What if all the main stream diseases are factory produced by "they"? Diseases such as h1n1, aids, west nile seem to be able to depopulate very easily without medicines. Those diseases coupled lack of medicine do to civil wars would be catastrophic. If the rulers had control of a limited supply of medicines the masses would beg for their favor and follow any rule they ordered.

Scenario 3:
What if "they" are building and using weather modification machines, such as haarp, to dry up the lands that produce the major part of the worlds food supply? Those rulers, who control the limited supply of food, would pull favor and followers.

I think another question on this line is why does it matter? Do we really think that having 10 Billion APEX predators of the same species on the planet is a good thing?

A drastic population reduction would absolutely crash the world economy. Think of all the cheap labour that is employed to supply first world countries. Depopulation is happening, but in selective areas, mostly Africa where there are no factories, but resources to get.

The plague in Europe gave rise to the middle class as we know it today. With less workforce around the peasants were in a strong position to negotiate not only better pay, but long lasting rights. The last thing the top one percent was is running out of people and the remaining getting an attitude. They want to see knifefights over minimum wage jobs.
