More dis & mis-information here concerning the true Phoenix Lights. The Discovery Channel only used ONE boomerang video to make their case for flares
and according to the videographer, plus a local TV News report that publicly debunked the program's supposed "analysis", the show alledgedly
altered the footage to conform to the mountain range to confuse and mislead the viewing public, professing the entire sighting was no more than
illumination flares. Not so. Other than the Air National Guard who announced the flare deployment 5 months after denying that anything was in the air
after 7 pm on the night of March 13, 1997, no witnesses reported the massive objects descending haphazardly, flickering or displaying huge smoke
trails as flares do. In contrast, there were hours, even weeks prior, of reported rock solid, equidistant orb formations and craft (with "huge
canisters of swimming light"), most in a silent, mile wide V or Delta shape, NOT a boomerang. Some glided at roof top, some hovered, while others
took off at blink speed. These anomalous events were reported by thousands throughout Arizona, as well as in Nevada and New Mexico as
"otherworldly", even by former Gov. Symington. To focus on one video (while there were others taken BEFORE the supposed military flare deployment
AFTER 10 pm) is shortsighted and uninformed of the integral details of this still unexplained mass sighting.
