TrueLies, you said you prayed, how did it go? If you believe in God, I'd say look at the mirror in the dark knowing God is with you and will protect you from the evils that inspire fear. Keep the lines of communication open with Him. Evil wants to shake your faith and cause doubt, don't let it.
