Also watched on two different channels , one from NAB to stock up on 72 hours of survival gear, then one from Governor Corbett saying that we need to be prepared.... Why now? PSA's are usually bumped by paying ads.

Wow, if you don't have 72 hours of survival gear by now you're screwed. 72 hours = 3 days, what are people going to do after that?

Isn't this like, the third thread you've started on this topic?

There is no information on this PSA or BOBs ....maybe I will check his website.

I'd love to participate in this thread, if only I knew what you were talking about! One of my pet peeves is the OVERUSAGE of initials to define companies/concepts, rather than spelling out the words. There's too many of them.
Sure, there's some well-known ones, like CEO, FBI, CIA, FAQ, but I have no idea what a BOB is, nor what NAB means!! I do think I have figured out what PSA means--I had to do a google search, then read a few articles to do so, however! It's Public Service Announcement, correct? Who wants to go through all that just to participate in a thread? I certainly don't.
Nothing personal, OP. It's common practice today, and one that I wish would go the way of the dinosaur.

PSA = Public Service Announcement

BOB = Bug-Out Bag (or less frequently, Bail-Out Bag). A collection of survival stuff you have on hand and ready to take at a moments notice in case you need to get out of Dodge if the SHTF...

SHTF = Feces in the ventilator

PSA and BOB are common words in vocab - BOB you should know if you scale ATS or survival stores or sites

PSA if you have just common sense
