Reptilian captured on news. Mobile Phone Video

This is my video taken on my samsung jet s8000. Thought i would post to see what you make of it. Look at 0:11 onwards at the news Anchorman for channel 5 news Matt Barbett (sorry if mispelt) in the blue jumper. I noticed his teeth changing while I was watching and decided to record it on my phone. Sorry for the pauses, I tried to cut out the news reports while recording the t.v. He don't normally have teeth like that so it stood out. Very Strange.

Do you have something to compare to show his teeth looking "normal"?

Could be a lighting issue mixed with a bad camera angle, definitely looks creepy though.
