I'm sorry no condolences to the slain. Squirm in torment you "legal" murderers. These guys joined special ops with the intent to kill. Why should we mourn their passing to the great judgement? Their families should have said something before they went to glory killing innocents, trafficking drugs and otherwise spreading evil.

Hey high speed slow down a bit.. Most of these guys "think" they are doing right. Most are not intentionally evil. If it were not for our governments brainwashing, we probably wouldn't have a military. Or not like this anyways. They will wake up, I did.

Crash Kills Members of SEAL Team 6

31 US troops die in Afghanistan; many from unit that killed bin Laden

Navy SEALs That Got Bin Laden Die in Afghan NATO Chopper Crash

AP:Crash Kills Member Of SEAL Team 6

I don't see anything yet that contradicts the report that team 6 menbers or part of, were among those that died.

Sky news is still reporting verbally the same story, as is the BBC on their breaking news ticker, (which is different from the un-updated ceefax story) the ticker says that a US military source confirms that some members of the OBL 'operation' died in the crash. I'm still trying to find out how many members there were in Team 6, as opposed to how many have died from that team. Keep the thead open.

news.firedoglake.com...

Shortly after eleven o’clock on the night of May 1st, two MH-60 Black Hawk helicopters lifted off from Jalalabad Air Field, in eastern Afghanistan, and embarked on a covert mission into Pakistan to kill Osama bin Laden. Inside the aircraft were twenty-three Navy SEALs from Team Six, which is officially known as the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, or DEVGRU. A Pakistani-American translator, whom I will call Ahmed, and a dog named Cairo—a Belgian Malinois—were also aboard.

Found this on the above site. I have no idea of its validity...but interesting that there were 23 Navy Seals from Team 6, a translator and a dog named Cairo....on May 1....which seems to be parallel to what is being announced as aboard that helicopter which was shot down.

What was going on?

The media also insisted that while the same unit was affected, none of the people who went after bin laden died. Has this story been corroborated, or have there been whistleblowers?
