Breivik's political idol «Fjordman» emerges from anonymity

In an exclusive interview with VG, Peder Jensen (36) sheds his alias as the right wing blogger «Fjordman», and talks about his shock at being cited as an influence by terrorist Anders Behring Breivik.

Thursday he was questioned for several hours by Norwegian police about his supposed interaction with Breivik (32).

So, there you have it. The right wing extremist author and blogger reveals his identity. Earlier articles published about Peder Jensen, before his identity was revealed, told of an uninteresting conversationalist with extreme opinions, and convictions of great political conspiracies. For instance that norwegian politicians has made alliances with islamic forces to rid the norwegian culture, and that europe is marching towards a bloody civil war.

He seems like a person that enjoys telling of his extremist views as long as the he's behind the comfort of the veil of full anonymity. Which is understandable, and I believe many people with these kinds of extreme political views are like this. I will dare to say that his presence within the communities he has established himself will be strongly reduced after this.

thank you for posting. looks like breivik is a product of many influences.
imo, every human is made, like through experiences and imprinting.

Yes, that's true. But these people has to be extremely conservative from the get go, as well as have paranoia as a fundamental personality trait to develop such world views, dont they?

yes, seems mr. breivik was raised quite isolated.
i like this new movement where there is one school and everybody is attending like other ethnics, disabled, so pupils learn from little on to handle other cultures or disabled people.

Fjordman is not a right wing extremist. His views are very conservative but he is no extremist and does not condone lunacy like Brievek's vision.

"The Gates of Vienna", the blog he appears on, is not really all that more conservative than many of the views expressed on ATS daily.

Hmm. Do you remember Jared Lee Loughner, who (allegedly) shot a US congressman and was an ATS member? That should show you how messed up and uneducated ATS is, no?

I can't argue with that. Some posts are baffling, you want to shake those people and scream "On what planet do you live? Start using your brain!!" into their face

Like, in some economic threads, people start talking about Sharia law and you have to wonder if they ever went to school at all...
