Not to rain on your parade here but there is a little detail in Matthew 24 you need to consider. Everyone likes to quote this verse.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
But you also need to read the warning of the verses ahead of it.
32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
So what is the event talked about in verse 36? This one.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Also if you consider the rebirth of a nation called Israel in 1948 is a predicted end time event then based on Matthew 24 you have this problem.
The generation of verse 34 appears to be running. And it's at least 63 years old. The end could be closer than you think.
