Gov. Pat Quinn in Illinois has signed the state's DREAM Act which assist children of immigrants, including illegal immigrants, get college financing.

Is Illinois getting too liberal for the United States' blood? Your thoughts on Gov. Quinn?

So what about everyone else?!

Immigrants are not the only ones suffering... but technically I guess every single person's bloodline is "immigrant" status..

So, if I want to go to school in Illinois, I am better off lying about my real name and credentials. If I make up a fake persona that is impossible to verify, I can get help with my education, but if I try to give them my real info, I will have to pay out of state tuition, and comply with many Federal Govt guidelines regarding my eligibility for student aid. Makes perfect sense.

It looks like a new "emerging" market in fake ID's like foreign passports !

that's all you would need to prove you are "illegal" !!
!!

maybe Bill Ayers is starting a new business ??
