Oh, finally I got it, ATS- you are complicated to sign in...

Hello everybody,

Greetings to all of you...From everywhere...
I have been on this site since, maybe, May of this year, my major interests being Fragile Earth and Global Meltdown.
I find ATS interesting and informative, most of the time...

I have lurked since May, and have posted one thing under UFO, but about it later..( was never into UFO mania, but have seen something and had to report)....
Mods, I am sorry as am still finding my way around here...Maybe I am clumsy...

I am a lady from Croatia, from the south of Europe...
I have, however, lived for 20 years in Egypt .Since I was in my 20ties till I reached my 40ties...
Ask me about Middle East....I have understanding, I also have love....

Hello and welcome! ATS can be quiet tricky to navigate through because there a lot of threads which can give useful information but there are also a lot of threads which can give BS or deceptive information. Just remember to keep an open mind and do not believe everything you read!

A mod will be along shortly and post guidelines and instructions. Below our avatars there is a blue 'member' button, click it and a scroll down drops with options, and this is how you can send messages, go to profiles/posts, add friends etc...

Click HERE, scroll down and on the left side of my profile you will see a list of threads titled Nature Lovers Behold, and you can just click on a title there.
For topics in general around here, use the 'search' button in upper right.

Paints a nice picture in my mind southunder, do you write poetry or anything? We have various 'forums'(upper center of page) and a couple of them are for writings, collaborative and short story writings.

Dear Speculative optimist, I have now read some more on ATS, from OTHER forums but Fragile Earth, Global meltdown, and it seems like a totally different crowd from this one.. I am wondering if I should stay here, as I noticed some racism and total arrogance of some people who think they are 'free', yet they suck up to all the indoctrination possible...

Well, this is just a small comment... I am far from posting, if I ever do, my opening thread...

Thank you for your reply- while I still struggle and think all this over...

Meanwhile I have read a lots on other topics, and am not sure this is the right forum for me... Lots of aggressive, angry, and btw uninformed answers, derailing topics etc ( not in Fragile Earth, not so much).
Well, I will see if I will stay, and I guess, it is a no big deal for ATS.

Thank you again, I think I might be chickening out, as meanwhile I have read a lot from other forums, and somehow... ( Fragile Earth being exception), noticed a lot of well- not-so-enlightened, but very self-righteous, angry posters...Is this really a forum for me, a group of people I want to talk with?
I am thinking now.....

Meanwhile, decided to stay in ATS, and stick to the forums I love: Fragile Earth, Global meltdown...
After visiting some other international and surprisingly vile forums, and never having had enlisted to any- this is the only forum I choose to be a member of, ( except the huge Croatian one covering all of us), yours is the best one yet, and I did my research....
