future technology conspiracy music video?

There was a really cool post on here a few years back linking to a music video on google video. I've wanted to see it recently, but I have no idea where to look. It was electronic music, maybe drum n bass, and it was filled with 3D video models and clips of advanced weapon technology. There were no lyrics but there was text the whole time explaining the new technologies and the conspiracies to use them on unsuspecting civilians. I know DARPA was mentioned. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
