I’m in Pittsburgh. We were outside and it looked like it wanted to storm all night long. The clouds were dark, and had a layered look. Around 8 the clouds right above us parted and you could really see the different layers to them. They were different shades of gray, and were moving in different directions. The light outside from 8-9 was so wild. It was a very yellow light, my neighbor described it as “The way It looks if you die in your dream” We couldn’t stop talking about it and looking at the clouds. Although it was interesting, I was really looking forward to the storm that never came.

Interesting. I´m in Estonia and it has always very calm climate and weather, but day before yesterday it was similar thunder storm - it was lightning constantly all night. My eyes got watery, ebcause constant lightning behind the window was so bright. It is very unusual in this area. I don´t remember ever seen something like this here. Once in Germany I saw thunder like that, whith very figh frequency of lightning. But never in Estonia, especially the part I live currently. There were also strange explosion-like sounds in the house while lightning, but no power outages, witch is also strange. I woke up in the middle of the night and it went on. My whole body was aching, but it passed. There were no damage. Just unusual.

At 4am on Thursday here in Michigan my boyfriend and I were sitting in the car talking during the thunderstorm... Anyway The lighting was so high up that we didn't hear thunder. At one point the lighting struk and lite up the sky so bright that it was like daylight. I had never seen anything like it. My boyfriend isnt afraid of much was shocked and said he thought aliens were about to land..lol
