South Korea Got "Water Bombed"

According to people i know there, flooding to this extent has never happened in the city of Seoul.

all the whilst northern Korea is suffering a long lasting draught.

And it looks like the Philippines got hit with this storm pretty bad too.

Yes Philippines got deluge and that storm is heading on to China. Another is lining up. Korea is a ways north from us. Rainy season came early and with a vengeance.
